Effective date: 10/5/2026
RANCH2O SPIRITS, LLC (“RANCH2O,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through ranch2ospirits.com, RANCH2O-operated related websites, and our email communications, consumer inquiries, events, and promotions that link to or reference this policy (collectively, the “Services”). Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked to an individual.
1 Who may use our Services
Our Services are intended for adults who are at least 21 years old. Please do not submit personal information through our Services if you are under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21 or direct our marketing to them.
We may request your date of birth or confirmation that you are at least 21 to help verify eligibility for access, communications, events, or promotions. If you believe someone under 21 has provided personal information to us, contact info@ranch2ospirits.com. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it, except where retention is required by law.
2 Information we collect
Information you provide. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address or ZIP code; date of birth or age confirmation; product preferences and email subscription choices; and information you include in inquiries, reviews, surveys, event registrations, or promotion entries. If you purchase merchandise through our RANCH2O-operated online store, we may collect order details and billing and shipping information. Payment processors handle payment information under their own privacy practices.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our websites, we may collect your IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, approximate location inferred from your IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We may also receive information about interactions with our emails, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.
Information from other sources. We may receive information from service providers supporting our websites, merchandise orders, analytics, or email communications; event or promotion partners when you participate in an activity involving us; and social media platforms when you contact or interact with us. The information received depends on your interaction, permissions, and the provider’s practices.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, copies of identification documents, or other sensitive information through ordinary email or website inquiry forms. If a particular activity requires additional information, we will explain the collection at that time.
3 How we use information
We use personal information to operate and improve our Services; respond to inquiries and provide customer support; manage subscriptions and send requested email news, offers, and event information; process merchandise orders and related requests; administer events, surveys, and promotions; understand website performance and product interests; verify age and promotion eligibility; prevent fraud and protect our systems; and comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
We obtain consent where required by law. If we intend to use information for a materially different purpose, we will provide any additional notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
4 Cookies, pixels, and advertising
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember preferences such as age confirmation, measure traffic and usage, understand how visitors use our pages, and measure the performance of our communications and advertising. Cookies are small files stored on your device. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that can report an interaction with a page or email.
Analytics. We use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to measure and improve our Services. We may also use tools that show how visitors interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and page navigation, to improve usability.
Email communications. Our email service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize subscribers who visit our websites and to measure interactions with our emails.
Advertising. We work with advertising partners, such as Meta and Google, that use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our websites. They help us measure the results of our ads and show RANCH2O ads to people who have visited our websites when those people use other websites, apps, and platforms. These partners may collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed, links clicked, cookie or device identifiers, and IP address, and may use it under their own privacy policies. Under some state privacy laws, this may be considered “targeted advertising,” a “sale,” or “sharing” of personal information for “cross-context behavioral advertising.” We direct our advertising only to audiences reasonably expected to be 21 or older.
Your choices. You may opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale or sharing of your personal information by emailing with the subject “Privacy Request.” Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising and of sale or sharing for that browser or device. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls offered on our websites, and manage ad preferences through the settings of the platforms you use, such as Meta and Google. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. Browser settings do not necessarily stop all analytics or email measurement.
5 How we disclose information
Service providers. We may disclose contact information, age or eligibility information, transaction details, preferences, communications, and technical or usage information, as needed, to providers that support hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, payment processing, order fulfillment, event administration, security, and professional advisory services. We use appropriate contractual protections where required by law.
Promotions and partners. If you participate in a jointly offered promotion or event, we may disclose information needed to administer it to the identified partner. Separate rules or notices may explain additional uses. We will obtain consent where required before allowing a partner to use your information for its own marketing.
Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to respond to lawful governmental requests, to investigate suspected wrongdoing, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of RANCH2O or others.
Business transactions. Information may be disclosed to prospective or actual purchasers, investors, lenders, advisers, or successors in connection with due diligence or a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
At your direction. We may disclose information when you ask us to do so or otherwise provide consent.
6 Email marketing and promotions
You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting info@ranch2ospirits.com. We may still send nonmarketing messages, such as responses to your requests or order-related notices. We may retain limited information to record and honor your opt-out.
Entering a promotion does not automatically authorize every partner to send marketing communications. Any separate marketing choice will be explained at collection. Sweepstakes, contests, and events may have their own eligibility requirements, official rules, and supplemental privacy notices.
7 Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to our business, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information; access it and obtain a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; delete it; or obtain information about our collection, use, and disclosures. You may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information or withdraw consent where applicable. These rights are subject to legal exceptions.
To submit a request, email info@ranch2ospirits.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Tell us which right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to locate your records. Do not include sensitive documents in your initial request. We may verify your identity for requests that require verification and may request proof of authority from an authorized agent where permitted. We will not require you to create an account to exercise your rights.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or denial. Where you have a right to appeal a denial, reply to our response or email us with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will explain our appeal decision within the applicable legal deadline. If your appeal is denied, we will provide information about contacting the appropriate regulator where required. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
8 Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, taking into account the nature of the information, our relationship with you, legal and accounting requirements, dispute resolution, security needs, and the need to honor privacy and marketing choices. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable requirements and routine backup processes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9 Third party websites and retailers
Our Services may link to independent retailers, delivery platforms, social media sites, store-finder providers, or other third-party services. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies. A link to purchase RANCH2O products does not mean RANCH2O processes that transaction or controls the retailer’s privacy practices. Review the provider’s policy before submitting information.
10 Visitors outside the United States
Our Services are primarily intended for adults in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. We apply safeguards and obtain consent for transfers where required by applicable law.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will revise the effective date when we do so and provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes where required by law.
